My name is Kate and I'm a paediatric occupational therapist and the creator of The Productive OT. Two of my key values are creativity and order, a surprisingly perfect fit for OT, hey? Time to plan quality sessions can be limited so I thought why not combine my love of OT, creativity, being organised and a love of lists together!

It all began from my weekly brain dump in a notebook, to meticulously ruling up pages in that notebook for my session plans, to passing the idea onto my colleagues, to this needs to be shared with others!
